Your data
Download everything (Settings → Privacy → "Download my data") or delete your account and all content (Settings → Privacy → "Delete account"). It's instant and permanent.
A wrong or weird answer
Tap "Report" on any AI answer, quiz, or study guide. It goes straight to our review queue so we can improve it.
Reminders not arriving
Check notifications are allowed for studii in your phone's settings, and that you set a reminder time on the session. Still nothing? Let us know your device.
Subscriptions & billing
studii is in free beta — every feature is open. When paid plans arrive, billing and refunds are handled by the App Store / Google Play in your account settings.

Common questions
How do I delete my account or download my data?
In the app: Settings → Privacy. "Download my data" gives you a full copy; "Delete account" permanently removes your account and content. Both are instant.
I can't sign in / I forgot my password.
If you signed up with Apple or Google, use that same button to sign in. For an email account, email us at [email protected] from the address on the account and we'll help you reset it.
Is studii free?
Yes — it's in free beta right now, with every feature open. Paid plans will come later, and there'll always be a way to try the core features.
Why is the answer sometimes wrong?
studii's answers are AI-generated and can be incomplete or wrong, so it cites its sources for you to check. If something's off, tap "Report" on it — that helps us fix it.
Do I have to upload my notes?
Never. studii can work from just a topic and your class. Uploading notes, a photo, or a PDF only makes the answers more personalized to your material.
